We use Royal Mail to ship within the UK and to the United States.
We offer FREE Tracked 48® shipping on all orders in the UK over £50.00 and FREE Intl. Tracked shipping to United States over £150.00
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from placing the order, however please note we do not dispatch deliveries over the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

Royal Mail Tracked 48® (orders under £50.00) – £4.00
Royal Mail Tracked 24® – £5.00
Royal Mail next day special delivery by 1pm – £9.00 (applies to orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12 noon. If your order is placed on a Friday, it will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday)
USA –
Flat rate of £15.00 Royal Mail Intl. Tracked shipping.
NOTE: Your order is eligible for a zero VAT rate at checkout, meaning you will only be charged 80% of the listed price, as UK tax is not applicable on your order. Any additional customs fees, VAT or other related taxes will typically be calculated and charged by your country, these must be paid for by the customer once the package arrive.
Please note that Õrn Kuu is not liable for any delays that may occur due to international matters or customs delays.

UK – For standard delivery please allow 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive after despatch. US – Although delivery is usually 3-5 working days, please allow up to 20 working days for your parcel to arrive.
If you are not home on delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with collection instructions. We cannot take responsibility for uncollected parcels. If the order gets delivered back to Õrn Kuu due to non collection, and you would like it redelivered there will be an additional postage charge.

We offer refunds less shipping costs within 14 days of purchase back to your original payment method. Products must be unopened and unused. Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the returned items for the return to be processed.
